| Mo' FRNs for HAARP Doesn't this give you all a warm squishy feeling inside:

>
>Pentagon gives HAARP $35 million
>
>WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 10, 2004 -- The Office of Naval Research
>has awarded BAE Systems a $35.4 million contract to manufacture 132 high
>frequency (HF) transmitters for installation in the High Frequency Active
>Auroral Research Program's (HAARP) phased array antenna system. When
>installed, the additional 132 transmitters will give HAARP a 3.6 mega-watt
>capacity. The HAARP build-out is jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the
>U.S. Navy and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
>
>Boom, flash -- then silence in Seattle
>
>SEATTLE, Wash. -- At about 2:45 a.m. June 2, 2004, thousands of people in
>the greater Seattle area heard a loud boom, saw the night sky light up
>like daytime, then watched it fade back into darkness in about three
>seconds. People as far away as Spokane, Washington, (300 miles) saw the
>glow. The barely reported event was first attributed to a comet, then a
>meteor shower, neither of which were predicted.

We can't afford decent medical care for most Americans and our roads and schools are falling apart and the troops in Iraq have to buy their own body armor, but IsraeLIE and HAARP are fetted and funded???

| Re: Re: Mo' FRNs for HAARP Whoa.
Speaking of towers and transmitors, they installed the wildest tower I've ever seen on the causeway leading to our beach. I've got to show you guys this tower. This tower has tons of whirlygigs and gadgets all over it, including solar panels. Might have something to do with weather, but looks like something NASA would imploy in space. I'll take a shot of it this weekend.
