| US carrier battle groups being deployed
Supposedly on manuvers. Seven ships and their escorts- that's half the entire US carrier fleet. Nobody will say where they are going. One set is supposed to join joint exercises in the Pacific, where the others will head who knows. It is interesting that even during the Cold War, both sides anounced ship movements ahead of time with exactly where they were heading to prevent any possibility of it being misidentified as a pontential "first strike" war move.
