They had a massive remodeling and expansion job going on at Haliburton (Houston is the home of this POS "company") MONTHS prior to the decision to invade Iraq. Why? Why was all the extra office space and all needed in the middle of a blah economy? What did these clowns know was coming and expect in the way of future contracts?
