This information was sent to me by Jim Harrington of KZYX radio in Modesto. He has a show called "Toxic Trespass" and he had Lorie Kramer from CTTUSA on as a guest taklking about our favorite subject. She reportedly did and excellent job, but I was working and didn't hear the broadcast.
Jim sent me this info after the show. I have sent letters to the usual suspects (Boxer, Feinstein, et al, with this info:
The UN Environmental Modfication Convention http://www.atomicarchive.com/Treaties/Treaty12fulltext.shtml prohibits as follows:
Article II As used in Article I, the term "environmental modification techniques" refers to any technique for changing -- through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes -- the dynamics, composition or structure of the Earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere, or of outer space
However it permits peaceful techniques are OK:
With regard to peaceful uses of environmental modification techniques, the convention provides that the parties shall have the right to participate in the fullest possible exchange of scientific and technological information.
If Chemtrail depositions are military they violated the UN Treaty to which the US is a signator. If the depositions are peaceful they cannot be made secret.
Note that the US Senate advised and consented to the treaty's ratification and this the President did.
Nevertheless when I wrote Senators Boxer and Feinstein concerning the secrecy of the chemtrail aerosol depositions they simply ignored my questions. The US is in violation of this treaty and the senators are in violation of their duty to uphold the laws of the United States.
There's more:
Any State Party to this Convention which has reason to believe that any other State Party is acting in breach of obligations deriving from the provisions of the Convention may lodge a complaint with the Security Council of the United Nations. Such a complaint shoulinclude all relevant information as well as all possible evidence supporting its validity.
It may be that the US has already used environmental modification techniques against other countries. I personally would be interested if you know of any such instances. Note that any country so harmed has the right to bring a complaint against the US before the Security Council.
If Canada and Mexico are physically impacted by our chemtrail depositions they have a right to lodge a complaint with the UN Security Council.
What a tangled web we weave
