Here is one question nobody seems to be asking about the Illinois college shooter:

 

How did the man know where the lecture hall was, what time it would be filled with potential targets and how to gain easy access unless he had either been there before and was familiar with the location or someone briefed him on it thoroughly prior to the operation???
