It never ceases to astound me how completely stupid and dense some humans can be. This has NOTHING to do with so-called "Black Magic", witchcraft, goats, satanism or anything else of the kind. It has nothing to do with the UT either. This is "The Elder Sign" it is the feminine countersign to the male aspect: the open "Hand of God". It is the sign of the Crescent of Luna when the female is fertile and accepts the male principal to begin life anew.
Dubya doesn't present it very well. His family constantly adheres to this sign as the Female principal is now in ascendency upon the Earth plane and the local "universe" is out of balance as a result. Unfortunately, the male aspect will likely have to resume control shortly, and that is likely to get VERY bloody...

That's got to be a Photoshop paste job. It's actually funny.
IF Bush is really making that sign regardless what it means, it's not appropriate, just like during the inauguration.

On the contrary, it is prefectly appropriate. Bush is telling the whole world that both the United States and the UK stand under the banner of the NWO, or the Illuminutty.
