This is off another board and my response.

No. The above is a masterpiece of shallowness.

First off, there is NO war on "terrorism" or anything of the kind- there never was. It is an illusion.

It goes FAR deeper than that. That is the surface impression presented for the profane. What Dubya and his crew are trying to achieve is beyond anything most of "the masses" who are both for and against them understand or would believe is possible. It has NOTHING to do with "expanding executive power, for it's own sake", it has a great deal to do with controlling all of physical reality and whatever lies outside that. THAT is the ultimate, final goal of all these people- and anything they do cannot be understood and indeed makes no rational sense outside that context. Until you begin to understand their motivations and methods and accept that, you cannot possibly oppose them effectively.
