What do the forms do? When I add them to a forum, I don't notice any difference. Can someone explain exactly how to work them in detail?

Hi!

With forms you can add additional input fields to posts next to subject and postingbody.

If you have a forum that represents shop articles, you could add a form that contains price, short description, article number and things like that.

If you have a forum with attachments you could add additional fields that describe the attachment content.

But how do I add it and how can I see it after I add it?

I am not sure what you mean with your question.

Maybe its easier when you tell me exactly what you want to do, than I can give you a detailed step by step how to do that.

Basically, in your administration section you have the forum management and the forms management, and this are the two screens you are going to need.

With the forms management you define the forms with their columns. In the forum management you can add these forms to one of your forums. After adding the form, you should see the additional form fields when you start a new post.
