Hi I'm webmaster from DeBeaRPlus.com   I can't log in to my own administration pages.

I get an error report saying unknown... Which is wrong as I have maintained my forum for a long time.

Please help.

Hi!

Please tell me the link to your forum. If there have not been any posts for more than 3 month it might have been removed by our cleanup system.

Hi, This is the link. You did tell me to post or you'd delete it, but I did post and I can get into the first Admin page. When I ned to help a reg member and am asked to log in again, I get the same message everyone else gets - to log in again - and my login user and/or password is declined.

Thankful for help

Ok, the forum is still there. Did you change your browser lately? If you are using Internet Explorer please try to change the settings in extras / options / privacy. This sounds like a session problem.

You should find that in the menu of your internet explorer. I am not sure what exaclty it is called in the english browser version but you should have something like Extras => Options => Privacy in your internet explorer menue.

Sorry, but I can't find that in my Swedish browser. I do speak some German , though, so maybe you give me the directions in German. That might help.

Is there any way you can re send my password? That doesn't help either, and the email to support was returned. Weird... :(

If you get to the first admin page, your login seems to be ok.

Do you have the 'Extras' menue on your browser? It should be the last one, right next to the '?'. The last entry on that menue should be options.

No sorry, I don't have that. No ? mark either.  Using XP home.
I think this just won't work. There ought to be another solution to this problem.

Hm Im afraid we are talking about two different things.

Which version of Internet Explorer are you using? As far as I know every browser has a menue bar and somewhere in this menu bar there should be something like 'options'.

We can talk on teamspeak or ICQ tonight if you want to work that out :) I gonna be online at around 20:00 paris time, please tell me if that time is ok for you.

I would have liked that but I was at work. Let's reschedule.  Now I will be at work, airborne and without internet all in that order for the coming ten days, so let's talk  after new years.
