Hi -

I am having problems with two log in issues.

1. One of my forum members can only get into the board as a guest. When she tries to log in, the system doesn't recognize her password. To make this problem more complicated, when she uses a different system (she switches back and forth between XP and 98), she can get in, but she is unable to use the different fonts, colors, etc.

2. I am recognized on my forum, but when I come here to post, I have to post as a guest because when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. When I click on the "Forgot your password" link, my email address is also not recognized.

Thank you in advance for your help. The forum member I mentioned is really unhappy, and I feel bad for her.

Hi Karen!

In order to log on here on the support forum, you need to register first as this is a different forum than yours and your account is not known here

The login problem might be related to security settings of MS Internet Explorer. Try to change the settings in internet options => privacy. You can also try to use a different browser like Firefox.
